Introspect Tattoo Studio

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this tattoo shop. I paid a deposit for an appointment, but unfortunately had to reschedule due to a death in my family. I reached out to the artist to inform them and try to set a new date, but I never received any response -- no acknowledgment, no sympathy, no attempt to work with me, just complete silence. It's incredibly unprofessional to take someone's money and then ghost them, especially during a difficult time. I expected better communication and basic respect. My friends and i did the full day session for my birthday. it was 800$ for the day which turned to 5 tattoos, only 4 pictured. This was my second and third tattoo from Introspect, and i was not surprisingly, very pleased with our experience! I'll continue to get tattooed here as long as i can. My friend drew her own tattoo and asked for his spin on the flowers in the mirror and it was exactly what she wanted. we all will be coming back!

Just left from here and the service was excellent. He did a awesome job on my sister's and my matching tattoos. Very detailed.
