Easy to get in for an appointment for any services and friendly staff. Took my daughter here for retainers for medical imaging and the little hoops have fallen out of her ear or have slid backwards and had the little plastic ball stuck inside her ear. They needed put back in and the navel retainer fell out. Was hard to put it back in. In the past, I've gotten glass retainers with backs that would not fall out. The plastic partial hoops do not stay in. Now has traumatized piercing areas due to falling out.
