Sinness is an incredible artist in Fargo. I had a guy that I went to exclusively for a while, but he left the area. For a couple of years I was looking for someone whose art matched exactly what I was looking for. Happened to stumble across Shark Bait, and immediately reached out. My experience was phenomenal. I've been to her twice now, and both times have been great. Her quotes are very reasonable for what you're looking to get. Her schedule can kind of fill up quick, but that speaks for itself.
