The lady behind the counter with the tattooed eyelids was so insanely rude to me which is crazy because I've been here previously and had good experiences. I wanted to get my belly button pierced so I walked up and she said "have you been helped? what do you need" very bluntly. So I said "I'd like to get my belly button pierced if you have time" she said "if you're fine with waiting it's 20-30 mins" I said that's okay and she goes "and if you don't plan on swimming for the rest of the summer.
