Went in with my sister the day after she got her ear pierced. The bar that was use was way too short for the swelling that occurred. The guy was rude, despite us trying to be as understanding as possible. He was upset at the fact she didn't come in right away after stating he's super busy, got mad stating she was twisting the piercing which made the top come off, then stated it twisted in her sleep. Owner was extremely kind and not only stayed late but re-opened his shop just so that I could get replacement jewelry for my piercing. Really appreciated the kind gesture & hope to have an opportunity to use services in the future!
Got my belly button pierced yesterday, and he did such a good job. Cool guy, he made my friend and I super comfortable while getting our piercings. He made it perfectly even, and even managed to do it without it bleeding. He also has great quality metals, and reasonable prices for them too. Would absolutely come back.
