I placed a order online to pick up. Came to pick it up door was locked. I called no one answered. Whole store is closed but says opened on the sign and says yall don't close till 7 it's only 5:26. I go to my order it says ready for pick up how is it ready if yall are closed that makes no since. Wish I can get my money back but there is no way to cancel the order. If your not gonna be open till 7 than please change your hours so people know

I don't recommend at all. Came in just to get some help putting my nose ring back in. When I walked in I should've walked out due to all the clutter, the place didn't look like a clean sterile place at all. However I wasn't getting a service just a nose ring put back in so I didn't think it was a big deal. So dude with the locs in his hair brought me to the back and "attempted" to put my ring back in.....in actuality the man put a BRAND NEW WHOLE IN MY NOSE! He used a tool...
