Went to get an ear piercing and I've literally never seen a more unprofessional environment. I've gotten 8 piercings before this and I've never seen anything like it. The guy who helped me at the counter had little to no knowledge of piercings (told me I could change my cartilage earring to a hoop after 2-3 weeks). They also only had one option for an earring to be pierced with (a very tacky silver stud with a butterfly backing). Had me pay before I was pierced which I found questionable. Came here at 12:30 am after I lost my septum ring. Guy that helped me was super nice and knowledgeable. Left with several 16g rings that I really like! Can't speak on their other services but the jewelry section is nice and came in sanitary packaging.
