A group of my friends went in to support my friend getting an impulsive eyebrow piercing, and we walked out with three new lobe piercings and two jewelry changes. The environment was so helpful, friendly, professional, and fun! The entire staff really listened to my friends when we spoke about piercing placement and jewelry. I was a little nervous to re-pierce one of my lobe piercings, but Jo reassured me and did a fantastic, minimally painful piercing. I walked in today for a labret piercing and had a wonderful experience. Mick was my piercer and I could literally write home about how amazing they were. They were so kind and informative and super collaborative with the placement. They made me feel totally safe and I knew I was in perfect hands. I had a great experience here and just for the experience alone I'm definitely interested in getting another piercing the staff was so professional and friendly even though they were swamped back to back with appointments.
