Chung the owner took the time to ensure that the size and placement of my tattoos was accurate before he proceeded. He was patient and did not rush through the process, which I appreciated. He gave me the best price (out of four other tattoo shops in Astoria) and also touched up by butterfly tattoo that was over 20 years old. He took every Covid safety precaution and I felt very safe.
