Why would anyone want to put up a $200 deposit and schedule an appointment if they can't see what the artists are capable of before hand?

Had 1st appt. with this artist. Very pleasant, easy-going and works alone. Very relaxing and comfortable setting. Gave me input time and consideration beforehand. Had phase 1 today of this much needed Hermits Peak Fire loss tattoo. Can't wait for the color to be added in 2 weeks!!
