Blacklist Tattoo Parlour

It's been 20 years since I've had tattoo work. I wanted an artist who didn't just want my money but actually gave honest advice, was a creative collaborator, and had integrity in their work. I had a few consultations, but when I walked into Blacklist, I was immediately greeted; the parlor smelled very clean and looked immaculate. I asked for Ben (who I was referred to and not knowing he was the owner), and he immediately made time for me.
