I've been to White Lotus in Toms River several times and have gotten numerous tattoos from Doug DeSilva. I've always been beyond happy with his work--he's incredibly talented and consistent. When I decided I wanted a portrait of my soul dog who passed a few years ago, I wasn't entirely sure how to approach it. I came up with a design and sent it to Doug, and he recommended I see Jake LaDuca for the portrait work.
