Victorian Ink Tattoo

Ceasar was friendly & profesional given placement of my original tattoo that I was covering up. He had a few options to pick from and did not hesitate to offer a touch up if need be once tattoo is healed. I've been there before and never felt like he was rushing through our appointment.

Wanted to get a large anime forearm piece for my first tattoo, and liked Cesar's portfolio. He was very easygoing and made the process simple. I came up with a basic and complicated idea, but he was able to make it work and look AMAZING. He even used his experience drawing comics and manga to provide suggestions on how to make the piece look as good as possible. Nonstop compliments, even from my "anti-tattoo" family. If you are looking for a good spot to get ink, look no further. The atmosphere is always hospitable and they are very talented! I honestly don't trust anyone else to do my tattoos.
