Spider-Bite, Inc.

This is not my first time going to Spider-Bite and it definitely won't be my last BUT...I had a different piercer than who I normally have and my experience was very different. I normally have Jen who has made my all my other experiences feel fun and memorable (in a good way)! This time I had someone different and not only did they prick my face with the needle they used to pierce my ear with but they also did not give me the jewelry I requested. They were apologetic when they realized my face was bleeding a bit but...

Jen has always made me feel incredibly comfortable. I moved and left my piercer behind and Jen has so much experience and knowledge. I will continue to get piercings from her. She's incredible!!! She also responds fairly quickly when I have concerns. The shop is incredible, and the selection of jewelry is insane!! I love going there. It's a whole experience. Prices are really fair too. All around a fantastic experience.

My best friend and I just got back from getting piercings together today . I saw Sabrina and she saw the guest piercer who was there (who I can't remember the name of). Both were very knowledgeable, skilled , professional, and welcoming. We had an excellent experience. Even the man at the front desk who took care of us was very nice and welcoming. I very much appreciated this as I was a little nervous since I don't have any other piercings. I will definitely be back!
