Steve has done all of my work for the most part, he is an amazing artist & a great person. Everyone who works there is super kind & talented. I highly recommend them to everyone who asks, lol they really are the best. I have never left disappointed, I've had my work for years and it has stayed in perfect condition. It's always exactly what I want or more so thankful!!

Absolutely terrible experience at this shop. The staff was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright disgusting in their behavior. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. Instead of being treated with basic courtesy, I was met with rudeness and a total lack of professionalism. It's beyond me why people continue to recommend this place--it's absolutely appalling. If you value good customer service, respect, and a clean, professional environment, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. This place is a joke.

The worst experiences I have ever had in the service industry. My niece and I hoped for a wonderful day of a bonding experience for her tattoo to be fixed and the tattoo artist did a great job artistically and price wise. However, the two tattoo artists had a whole lot of anger issues. They were belittling and insulting.
