I had a 4pm appointment with Joe for a design from a book series. He was ready when I arrived at my appointment time. He was extremely thorough and made sure to have me look at font options, size, and placement of my design until I was 100% satisfied. I explained that I have a dysautonomic disorder that causes me to faint easily, so he made sure I was able to lay down and keep my feet elevated to avoid my blood pressure dropping. Came in as a walk on with my husband. Had the pleasure of meeting Ezra who did our wedding tattoos. He was so professional, kind and really funny. I couldn't ask for a better experience. He is an awesome guy and did wonderful work. It was really a pleasure.
