Ro is a talented artist who's extremely professional, caring, down to earth, honest, and committed to providing you with the most beautiful art on your body's canvas! He has a delicate touch, trained eye, creative mind, incredible vision, and clean studio + materials. I highly recommend him as a person and expert tattoo artist!

Roland was on time and prepared for our 4 hour session. I was very excited from the work I've seen on social media and how he is a sober lgbt tattoo artist, which is a rare find. He understood the vague vision I gave him and made it come to life. He gave me full reign on what I wanted to watch but we had great conversations most of the time I wasn't even paying attention to the TV. I can't wait to go back to the empire for more tattoo therapy. Thank you Roland.

Ro is ABSOLUTELY amazing! He's done all my tattoos, I've sent my clients to him & he's the only one who I trust to tattoo my kids when they were old enough. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He's professional but so awesome to talk to & be around. His shop is always spotless, his art work is always spot on & he collaborates with you during the design process to make sure it's exactly what you want! 11/10 recommend!
