I was visiting Vegas from the East coast so I didn't have an appointment. However, Herms greeted us in a professional manner and managed to find time to do my tattoo for me and my daughter on my Birthday. I was very impressed with his customer service, welcoming spirit and his work. My tattoo looks amazing and I was so lucky to have stopped by this shop to have such a wonderful experience. I plan to fly back here to the area in the Spring to get another. I will have an appointment next time. Thanks again Herms!
