Customer service was awesome. My tattoo turned out horrible though, was not done correctly, wanted a realistic tattoo, not completed and then asked to come back for touch up when I live 1500 miles away. I'm very disappointed and have to look at this for the rest of my life!!! Do not recommend this shop or the artist CJ. Will not refund me or partial refund to get it fixed in my home town.
