Devin, the tattoo artist was very courteous and explained step by step what he was doing. He designed the overlay to a tattoo that someone else had started and he did a great job of incorporating his design with it. Great customer service very friendly and polite we will definitely be going back to him the next time we are in Las Vegas / Henderson area.
