If you're in Vegas, head over to Henderson to this gem of a tattoo parlor for your tattoo & piercing needs. We got our tattoos here and had a great experience. The owner, Jeremy "Freak" did a great job with what we wanted and we were able to walk in without an appointment. (Do call though, to see his and other tattoo artists availability.) For future tattoo needs, this is the place we'll be heading to.
