I've had a few tattoos done by Paul, absolutely amazing experience. He did my first tattoo less than a year ago and now we are working on a new project and couldn't be happier. he's always been courteous and professional. He's also come in on his days off to make sure this gets done within my timeline.
I know giving short notice or walk-ins are not always easy for a tattoo shop. I was visiting from out of state and called last minute when the idea of a tattoo popped into my head and Paul made it happen! He did excellent work, and my experience was fun and easy going! If I ever come back to the area and feel another tattoo is what I need I'll most definitely call Neon Dreams again!
Just for reference, I have a sleeve and a handful of other tattoos.. My experience with Paul was hands down the worst tattoo experience I have ever had. For starters Paul quoted me 5hrs for a touch up but I ended up sitting in the chair for 11hrs and he didn't even touch up the background shading like I wanted. He made me extremely uncomfortable AND I had to go back 2 more times to finish. He's argumentative and lacks professionalism.
