Just got my second Tattoo from Tobias. This is coming from someone that doesn't enjoy the whole experience. Tobias did an amazing job on the art work and also knowing my tolerance. He is very fast without compromising the quality. I believe he is extremely fair when it comes to pricing. Along with being an amazing artist. Tobias is very professional and knowledgeable.
