Jayme was absolutely amazing! She helped me with a piercing that had been done incorrectly and was becoming irritated, angry, and on the verge of infection. From the start, she made me feel comfortable and handled everything with patience--even though I was being a bit of a baby about the pain caused by someone else. She was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, walking me through everything and educating me along the way. I can't recommend her enough! I'll definitely be back to support her business in the future.

This is ok if you have a drawing and want them to easily do it, and get frustrated if you need things reworked. Got a couple 'decent tattoos' but the guy was not interested in the job it didn't seem. I get it, but the original thought that shown was a copy and paste. Didn't listen to anything that I wanted really or customize it at all, and when I made suggestions, they were frustrated. All the people at eternal are the sweetest people I have come to love and appreciate. Aaron has amazing work and continues to impress me with his work. Every time I get a piece done I am always blown away with his ideas, creativity, and precision. Trent is always good with my piercings and is very gentle.
