Was looking forward to getting a new tattoo from this shop as it was referred by a friend. I met with the artist who agreed to put together a design and he took a deposit. Artist did not draft any designs, did not show up to appointments and stopped communicating. I do not even know if he is still working there. I advised the owner of the problem and they looked into it. The owner did apologize and advised in writing that they would refund my deposit but they never did.
Truly happy with my experience here! My brother passed away almost 20 years ago and I have been wanting his last known drawing tattood on me for years! We have only done the outline and I am so excited and thrilled with it, I cannot wait to add the shading and plate tag! Mason did a great job, I will be back to see him again for sure!
Anthony was awesome. He took his time to design my tattoo. I went in just wanting an aztec calendar and pyramid. We added the statue of liberty and flag.. It turned out amazing. 10/10
