Was looking forward to a cover up, the artist seemed like the perfect option but they seemed very rushed to slip me into a couple openings at the end of the month but it landed on days with frozen rain possibly so what turned into a simple rescheduling was denied only if it were "extreme conditions". I advocated for myself and received nothing but condescending texts about how the weather could be worse and even after stressing we have a child at home she told be plenty of their customers found babysitters and made it "even in the winter". These artists are phenomenal, the owners are so kind, and everyone who works there is super cool I highly recommend them. Update: my dad and I had another appointment yesterday with Zsolt and absolutely love it! This shop is still the best in town

The staff is super friendly, however. I got my nipples pierced here not once, but twice (second was a free redo) and he pierced my areola both times instead of on the base of my nipples where I wanted it. I went and got a second opinion the day after and she was apologizing profusely for what happened. She even waved half her fee to redo them for me.
