I was extremely dissatisfied with Shae Buckner's professionalism; she misrepresented herself, gave me a subpar tattoo on my neck, and now I'm left to find someone else to fix her mistake, which she called 'her journey.' She offered a touch-up appointment five months later for $400, but what bothered me was being charged twice for the same tattoo. The side-by-side comparison speaks for itself. Her response to my concerns was dismissive and unprofessional, culminating in her blocking me.
Big Country helped me, my mom, and cousin draw out a wonderful tattoo in honor of my grandmother. It's perfect!! Highly recommend The Ink Galleria! Very professional and clean!!
