Extremely disappointed with my conch piercing here, thankfully I felt like something was wrong and went to a different shop in mobile alabama to have the situation handled. Was pierced with a large hoop and was told it was the standard when I asked for a flat back. But I'm not a professional so I believed what a professional told me. It was also pierced at an incorrect angle and location. Pictures of original piercing angle, hoop, and new piercing. We had to redo the piercing all together to fix it.

Would not pierce my nose in the area I wanted it to be in, but still charged $50 "setup" fee for taking just taking out the materials. On my birthday, no less. Absolutely disappointed because I felt a great vibe from them over the phone. Will not be returning.

Well I'm just going to say this I've been coming to Hearts and Daggers since I was 18years old AJ is the best you would ever want to hook you up. He has marvelous customer service and he's the type that is not gonna tell u what you want to hear out of love and also out of safety of you when it comes down to tattoos and piercings like if u wanted something did he'll do it with precision.
