Went in for a septum. Staff was nice, but I don't trust the location for cleanliness. Piercer starting was not organized and most likely not entirely clean. I should've left right then, but I felt that maybe the piercer knew what she was doing. The piercing was completely crooked, so I immediately took it out. Also, called about getting a refund and they have not called back.

As we entered, an employee declared loudly, "I hate when people come in here when all I want to do is leave. Like go home!" We had arrived an hour and a half before their closing time, and were 2 of the 7 people in their shop. The reviews of this place are an accurate pretrial of the unprofessionalism. 10/10 would not recommend.
