Made a appointment Aug 16th with shivers. Left a deposit and planned a session for Aug 31st, not only was it very unprofessional to message me at 1:18am to say he's done tattooing and then take it back the next morning saying we're still good for the scheduled dates, but then cancels on me at the last minute just to tell me he had not been working on my piece for over 2 weeks even though he said he was.
