I've never written a review on anything before, but the guy here was extremely rude on the phone. I had a simple question about coming in to downsize my helix piercing I had gotten done previously ( at different piercing shop out of state) because they put in a longer bar incase you experience swelling. Well I was basically told to change it myself and laughed at multiple times over the phone. I've never experienced anyone be this rude to someone asking a very simple question before. He claimed that you shouldn't have to change the piercings, do ANY research...
