They ignored my calls and then texted me which felt rude and like I was bothering them. Definitely won't be bringing any of my business to them. I can understand if booking is only done through text and online however that should probably put that on your website to save the confusion you can't afford to be open without an appointment. A minute to answer the phone and simply say "I'm with a client, please text us." must be really difficult. Especially when people are required to pay you a deposit without being able to talk to the person putting...

This was the cleanest, most courteous, and most organized tattoo shop I have ever visited. Frankie and his staff were amazing. They took their time to answer all questions I had, worked with me on a unique and creative design, and did not make me feel rushed. Plus, Frankie is extremely talented and has been featured in many magazines. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I'll definitely be going back.
