I went there to see Thomas White for mine my 10yr old daughter's ear piercing. She was nervous, but wanted to be brave. The whole staff rallied behind her, played her favorite songs, and generally made her feel safe and comfortable. After what I could only assume was an agonizingly slow 45 minutes, both ears were pierced, she was happy and proud. I also got ear piercing - no drama. Thank you!
