I put money down for a tattoo and had to move before my appointment. I let them know well ahead that I'd be moving and would need a refund as they never provided any services. I was told I'd get my refund but here we are months later and my refund was never given back. Not how business should be conducted. Most businesses provide a service when they take and spend the money. Not this guy. I only gave 1 star. I'd have given a -2 but that's not possible so they got lucky with the 1 star.
My daughter and I both just had our ears pierced by Shay and Emily at Island City Ink. We love our piercings and had fun chatting with the ladies about the history of body modification. Thank you!!
Ben was amazing and professional. The business has moved across the street, and he clearly explained how to get to the new location. I spoke with him 2 times on the phone and he was kind, professional, and helpful. He made sure he knew what service I was looking for and that he could help. He said I could come in, and did not need to make an appointment. A Helix piercing I have became loose and fell out.
