I called on a Wednesday to make an appointment for my mom and I , they told me they could write me down for Saturday and someone would call to confirm. I called later in the day on Friday because I hadn't heard back and they said yeah someone will be here for you. I drove from Traverse City at 10am for our scheduled appointment with my mom and when we got there they told us they didn't have enough artists for us and they could possibly get us in if we can back around 2pm.
