I've been to Keepsake three times now, twice for piercings and once for a tattoo. I can say with confidence that Keepsake has always created a welcoming and friendly environment in my experiences. It's always very clean and has such a cool environment. John at the front desk has always been very enthusiastic and helpful with services, information, and pricing. Daniel (my tattoo artist) did beautiful work on my tattoo and made sure to check up on me throughout the process, which I appreciated. Leo (for my naval piercing) is extremely kind and a quick piercer throughout the entire process....
Went here today with my grandmother. She's 82 and wanted her ears pierced. The guy at the front desk was INCREDIBLY helpful! He explained things very thoroughly and was remarkably patient with her which can be difficult for some people - something I truly appreciate and don't see often. Even more, he seemed more interested in informing her of the procedures and her options, basically helping her, rather than making a sale. On top of all that she was amazed at how clean the piercing procedure was preformed and how friendly that guy was too. I wasn't there for that...
Daniel is not only incredibly talented but also a genuinely great person to spend time with during a session. He's a natural conversationalist, which makes the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. He works with a gentle hand, and his attention to fine details and shading is exceptional--easily the best work I've had done. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality and professionalism.
