All of the staff I met were wonderful people, and the shop itself is clean and inviting. Ryan redid my tattoo and was a total professional, but extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I felt at ease through the entire process. The after care instructions were great and, after following them to the letter, I am looking at my a fully colored and on its way to a full heal tat. I couldn't be happier with it, and am definitely going back here for my next one.
