I've been to Omoon twice now and each experience has been great. The shop is clean, welcoming, and has a really good vibe. Paulo does fantastic work. It's clear he takes real pride in every tattoo, no matter the size. He really listens, offers thoughtful suggestions, and brings his expertise to the table. Paulo was incredible. Very friendly, accommodating and extremely talented. I told him which flowers I loved and he created the perfect design. His tattooing method was pain free. Ill be back for another. Highly recommend!!
