Owen pierced my 11-year old's lobes, and we have had a FANTASTIC experience. From the reception desk to the act of piercing, everyone put my son at ease throughout and he commented after the appointment at how fun everyone was. Owen treated my son with respect, explaining every step to him and asking for his verbal consent before doing anything. He also gave us great advice about how to handle new piercings as an athlete and talked me through my own anxieties about that.
