Walked in on a big concert day to no line and excellent professionalism in this super cool and clean shop. I wanted an industrial, but Janis consulted with me and showed that my ear anatomy probably couldn't support a good angle. I felt very satisfied with their knowledge and advice, so I got an adorable forward helix instead. Nice clean place, Luke was prompt and waiting for me when I got there. Short talk about what I wanted (coverup). Didn't take excessive breaks and he was ready to go! I walked in to get a piercing & Janis took great care of me! The shop has an adorable waiting area & private rooms. Janis verbally walked me through each step as it was happening & did an amazing job. You can tell that she is very experienced & knowledgeable with her craft. Thank you!
