I went in for the Friday the 13th special and was honestly blown away. Everyone was very friendly and check in was super smooth. The gentleman at the front chatted with me about my vacation and overall, just a chill vibe while I waited. The piercer, Caitlyn, was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about my current piercing choice and ones I plan to get. I came in to get a conch piercing and my rook jewelry switched out and Megan was SO great I ended up getting a helix as well.... very professional, very knowledgeable, fast and easy....
