1st appointment Jack left me waiting in the lobby for 3 hrs "emergency" with his fish tank. I didn't learn my lesson now after him canceling 3 of 6 appointments all the day of and never more the an hr before scheduled time I have a 2k investment in a unfinished sleeve! All the appointments he had canceled i had used personal time off work as well and wasted it. Jack does good work but had ZERO respect for other people's time.
Kayla did an amazing job, she makes sure everything is perfect and spot on. She is very kind and caring for her customers
