My sister and I went into the shop to get snake eyes done. We were greeted by one guy outside as we're walking in. Cheeto was with a client at the time but when finished he didn't greet us he just said "Ok, you getting pierced?" I had to tell him that we were both getting it done. I'm unsure why anyone has to fill out anything informational with ID if he doesn't know who's doing what. Any way, I went first and he handed me a cup of mouth wash, didn't tell me how much to drink but when...
Just got pierced by Cheeto. Communication was poor at best and he was not clear on explaining the different "options". He was using top vs back for placement of the Helix and when I tried to clarify in more precise language he seemed confused to what I meant so I replied with whatever you think will look best. He did not explain the process. He then gave no communication to when he was piercing my ear and very little talk on aftercare. I am not keeping this piercing so I did not care and paid for my mistake and left....
