He's super professional and you can tell he cares deeply for the art that is going to be with you forever. He explained the process to her very thoroughly, even made her laugh a few times. I was instantly comfortable. He was very clear about what will and will not happen. The day of he again went over the process and what he expects. Came in today as a walk in and Eric was so kind to the start, he was really quick to get me in the chair. i was a little nervous but he quickly made me feel at ease. He was very clean too, after touching anything he would put on a new glove. The work he did was incredible and i highly recommend Eric!
