Great service, informative, and works quickly. Room was a bit cluttered which gave me hesitation in allowing my son to get his piercing done here, however all tools of the trade were clean and sterile and that put me at ease. My son has since gotten quite a few piercings done here. We definitely recommend. (for piercings at least, we've not had any tattoos done here.)

I went in to get my belly button pierced. I didn't know it was called a naval and he grilled me for that for "not knowing anatomy" (I've never taken an anatomy class). He was extremely rough during the piercing process. I asked for a countdown which he did, but then the needle got stuck. He then blamed me for that and was angry saying he doesn't like countdowns because people flinch, but I would have flinched without a countdown anyway. The shop was dirty which threw me off. I can't recommend this place enough. I went in to pierce my labret and JT was kind and extremely informative and took his time explaining the after care for my piercing. Very professional and the best prices I've come across. I will definitely be back for any more piercings in the future! :)
