Really disappointed. I've followed this place for years and really wanted to support the work they do. My husband bought me a gift certificate I was really excited to use and it has been impossible to book an appointment. I've sent multiple emails, Chris only finally responded me back after asking on Facebook. Responded to an email finally and then promptly went back to not responding. It's been another two weeks and no response. Don't buy a gift certificate unless you want it to just be a donation. I booked a different artist and wouldn't even go here now if...
I went to get a double piercing with my daughters and was a little nervous, Lisa was AMAZING and made me feel very comfortable. Truth be told, if I was going to get another piercing I would go here in a heartbeat. Clean, friendly and just great people.
