I am a breast cancer survivor and scheduled an appointment with Eric in February. He does the wellness Wednesdays so I had to take a half of a day of pto and drove over an hour to find out that he wasn't there. I was told by the people that were at the shop that he had to cancel due to his kid having a snow day and no child care and that he tried to call me. I received a phone call the night prior from an unknown number and no message was left telling me that the appointment...
