Mike is a phenomenal artist Jay too it's a great place to inked by professional ink stingers who know thier trade and do great work. I'd give top hat tattoo 10 stars.
I was looking for an artist who knew how to work with darker skin tones a couple years back for my first tattoo. I'm so glad I found Jay. I've been back to the shop several times since my first time. I would be typing forever singing my praises about him so I'll leave it at that. Mike, the shop owner is cool as hell too. Go check them out.
