I just had the best experience I ever had with any establishment. From the time I walked in, until the time I walked out. Helen was so informative and patient .I couldn't ask for a better person. She walked and talked me through EVERYTHING!!! I am confident in my after care because of her. I will definitely be returning and also requesting her for future appointments, We even shared a few laughs.....Very quick and easy Septum piercing. The staff were very nice including the front desk. 10/10 definitely recommend

I was recommended by a friend to get my helix and flat done by Helen at tattoo union in 2024. And they did not disappoint!!! The environment was cool yet comfortable. I have gotta my helix and flat done in 2024 and they have healed wonderfully. So today I have called to check if Helen was available for my industrial piercing. And she was!! The space and tool are sanitized, and the needles are all one time used and disposed afterward. After consulting with Helen the placement since I do wear glasses regularly, we have decided on the prefect location....

Was honored to be tattooed by Hori Fong, such an amazing artist. I had three sessions with him to for my piece and turned out beautifully. Gave him my vision and turned it into real life. Would definitely go back again and love the vibes of the shop too!! Shoutout to Helen as well for being super kind and very communicative and coordinating the appointments with ease
