Walk-ins definitely not welcome. The judgmental aura or feeling like you're too good to do a small quick tattoo is poor for business. Been getting tattooed for over 23 years and have never experienced artists that rather sit with their feet up on their phone because they weren't interested in easy work while the place was empty.
